Amanda Willard, Strategic Workforce Development at Amazon, was attracted by the idea of working with Unmudl to create a Skills-to-Jobs training course to meet the requirements of their Level II Maintenance Technician position.
Training is offered by a network of community colleges across the nation, enabling Amazon to target communities where they are hiring to recruit skilled learners who have successfully completed the course. Amazon also uses the same courses to upskill their own employees.
