Unmudl may have reinvented the wheel with their excellent customer service. I needed help at an hr of the day that I truly thought I would receive no help (7:35pm). When I called, the representative was so kind to me. She reminded me of the hours of service, reminded me they are here to help in anyway they could, re-boosted my encouragement, helped me move forward, and reassured me that when the class is completed they are prepared to go above and beyond to help me achieve a career in Mechatronics. My experience so far with the Biomedical Equipment Technician has been good so far. There is a great deal of information available throughout the course. The course also has virtual labs throughout sections which try to show you how to use tools and equipment like a multi-meter and how to make electrical connections with cables, etc.
