RME now requires a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
Amazon RME worked closely with Unmudl to develop mechatronics training coursework to hire for the Maintenance Technician II role at RME. As a result of business changes, this has been replaced by the Mechatronics and Robotics Technician, which requires a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience. While the Unmudl course bundle still covers relevant technologies and content for the RME team, education alone cannot replace the experience requirement. If you do not have the relevant work experience, you can apply for the Amazon Mechatronics and Robotics Apprenticeship, find an open RME role without the experience requirement, or build experience with another company before applying for the MRT openings at Amazon.
If you are enrolled in more than one course, you will have one full year to complete all of them, starting from the date you first enrolled. For individual courses, you will have 6 months from the day of registration to complete the course before it expires. We anticipate the course to take no longer than 12-16 weeks to complete.
There is no final exam. You will be required to take quizzes throughout the course, and you’ll have three attempts to achieve a score of 80% or higher on each quiz. If you reach your 3-attempt limit without scoring 80% or higher, please contact LearnerSupport@unmudl.com for assistance.
No refunds IF you have already started the course or activated your course code. If you haven't activated the code or started, your refund will still be subject to service fees.
To start your refund, please follow these steps:
For general details regarding refunds, please email support@unmudl.com refer to Unmudl Refund Policy Page.

The Amatrol codes need to be entered very specifically. If the copy and paste and accidently included a blank space in front of the code or at the end of the code it would not be accepted.
You need at least an 80% on ALL quizzes throughout the course. You get 3 attempts for each quiz. If you hit your 3-attempt limit and don't get an 80%, please contact learnersupport@unmudl.com
The Virtual Lab Assessment test is an option for learners, who have already acquired the basic knowledge elsewhere, to test out of the Mechatronics for Equipment Maintenance Level II course prerequisite.
