This Applicant Privacy Notice describes how Unmudl handles personal data about our job applicants in addition to Unmudl’s Privacy Policy. This includes collecting, using, and sharing your personal data during the application process and explaining the rights that applicants have under data protection law.

Within Unmudl
Unmudl restricts access to Application Data to people within Unmudl to those who “need to know'' that information. For example, certain individuals throughout Unmudl (e.g. Recruiters, hiring managers, interview panelists, facility coordinators, and systems managers) will have access to your Application Data in order to process your job application and manage the recruitment cycle.
4.2.
Outside Unmudl
Unmudl shares Application Data with authorized third-party service providers in order to conduct and manage recruitment. For example, we may share your Application Data with these service providers in order to help us manage our recruitment process or to conduct screening and verification of your application and the information you’ve provided to Unmudl. This may include verifying academic and professional qualifications, general background information, or citizenship and ability to work under applicable law.

Generally, Unmudl will only disclose your Application Data to third parties other than Unmudl or its Suppliers:

In response to a legitimate request for assistance by the police or other law enforcement agency.
