What You’ll See as an Attendee

We’re using Airmeet—a virtual event platform that’s easy to navigate and packed with interactive features.

Before the Event Starts

When you join during the event day, you’ll land on a waiting screen with a video going over some key details regarding the event. This just means the event hasn’t started yet and speakers are getting set backstage.

Pro Tip: Join 5-10 minutes early so you are ready to go when we go live!

When the Event Goes Live

Once we’re live, you’ll see the main stage.

• If speakers are already on stage, you’ll see them right away.
  
• If the stage appears empty, hang tight—our host is bringing them on!
  

You’ll be able to:

• Watch live interviews and panels
  
• Participate in Q&A, polls, and live chat
  
• React and engage throughout the session
• Raise your hand during the Q&A to speak directly with an expert.‍
• Click the play button on your screen if the session appears paused
