Unmudl is compliant with the Department of Justice’s American Disabilities Act guidelines dated March 15, 2012. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 helps us comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act to improve inclusion and better serve a wider audience with seventeen new requirements. Technical specifications to improve the accessibility of web content, websites, and web applications on desktop computers, laptops, tablets and mobile devices for people with a wide range of disabilities—including auditory, cognitive, neurological, physical, speech and visual disabilities. Unmudl Marketplace on mobile is accessible on an Iphone 6 or above.

Unmudl Public Benefit Corp. has invested significant resources to help ensure access for all users, including people with disabilities, with the strong belief that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort and independence.Digital accessibility is not just a target we aim to achieve, but an ongoing commitment that we carry in every aspect of our digital service delivery. We recognize that this requires continuous monitoring, improvement, and adaptation. A key element of our accessibility initiative is our engagement with a third-party accessibility consulting organization UserWay to help bring the website into conformance. We use industry standard accessibility methods and tools to accomplish this, in accordance with the relevant version of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as set forth by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) the internet’s main international standards-setting organization.
