FERPA Release

Release to share your college and work-related information and records.

In compliance with the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), Unmudl Public Benefit Corp. ("Unmudl") and its Affiliates ("Affiliates") are prohibited from providing certain student information from your college student records to potential employers and other colleges in the Unmudl network, such as information on grades, progress, schedule, GPA, and other student record information.

You may, at your discretion, grant Unmudl permission to release information about your college student records to potential employers and other colleges in the Unmudl network by agreeing to this Student Information Release Authorization for FERPA. The specified information will be made available only if requested by a potential employer and other colleges in the Unmudl Network.

By agreeing to these terms, you agree to release your college student records to potential employers and other colleges in the Unmudl Network who might be interested in hiring you. Please note that your authorization to release information has NO EXPIRATION DATE; however, you may revoke your authorization at any time by unchecking the box. NOTE: This release overrides all FERPA directory suppression information that you have set up in your college student record.

Information that may be released to potential employers and other colleges in the Unmudl Network:

  • Grades
  • GPA (course)
  • GPA (cumulative)
  • Demographics
  • Contact Information
  • Activity Status
  • IDs in Unmudl, employer, college, and college systems
  • Other: Course progression information, attendance information, completion information, and any other course/program information requested by a potential employer and other colleges in the Unmudl Network.
