This Teen Account Policy (“Policy”) explains what you can do with your Unmudl account, how your parent or guardian’s permissions work, and what you need to know to stay safe and follow the rules.

This Policy applies to all Teen Learners ages 13–17 who use Unmudl.com.
2. Who Can Have a Teen Account
By creating a College account, you represent that you:

You must be between 13 and 17 years old.
2.2.
You must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2.3.
You must always have an active Guardian Account linked to your Teen Account.
3. What You Can Do
3.1.
Register for Courses: Find and sign up for online or in-person courses offered through Unmudl.
3.2.
Take Courses: Complete lessons, assignments, and exams to build your skills.
3.3.
Apply for Jobs: Search and apply for internships, part-time jobs, or entry-level positions (if your Guardian allows it).
3.4.
Communicate with Employers or Colleges: Send and receive messages with schools or employers (if your Guardian approves this).
3.5.
Post in Forums: Join discussions, ask questions, and share ideas with the Unmudl community (with your Guardian’s permission).
3.6.
Create a Profile: Build your learner profile to showcase your interests, skills, and achievements.
4. Built-In Protections
4.1.
Your Teen Account includes automatic privacy and safety settings to help keep you safe, similar to other leading platforms.
4.2.
Your account may be private by default, only approved connections can view your profile or activities.
4.3.
Direct messaging, forum posts, or contact with employers and colleges may be restricted by default for younger teens under 16, and can only be changed with your Guardian’s approval.
4.4.
Sensitive content filters and offensive language blockers may be turned on to keep your experience respectful and appropriate.
4.5.
Usage reminders or quiet hours may be used to encourage healthy learning habits.
5. How Guardian Permissions Work
5.1.
Your parent or Guardian helps you manage your account safely.
5.2.
You may need their approval to enroll in certain courses, make purchases, or apply for jobs.
5.3.
Your Guardian decides if you can communicate with employers or colleges, or post in community forums.
5.4.
Your Guardian can view detailed activity logs that show what you browse, courses you take, jobs you apply for, or posts you make.
5.5.
If your Guardian changes your permissions, you may lose access to certain features immediately.
6. Your Responsibilities
6.1.
Provide accurate and honest information about yourself.
6.2.
Keep your login details private and secure, don’t share your password with anyone.
6.3.
Follow Unmudl’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
6.4.
Treat everyone with respect in courses, forums, and messages.
6.5.
Use Unmudl only for learning and career-related activities, not for anything illegal, harmful, or unsafe.
7. Privacy & Data Use
7.1.
Unmudl collects and uses your information to provide courses, job opportunities, and other services you choose.
7.2.
Your information helps keep your account secure and prevents misuse.
7.3.
Unmudl applies extra safeguards for Teen Accounts:

Your information is not sold to third parties.
7.3.2
We limit how your data is shared, it’s only shared as needed to provide services, protect your safety, comply with legal obligations, or with your Guardian’s permission.
