This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the rules and guidelines for using the services provided by Unmudl.com (the “Platform”). By accessing or using Unmudl.com, you (“User”) agree to comply with this Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access to the Platform, as well as other legal actions where applicable.

1. Purpose

Unmudl.com is an online learning platform connecting learners with courses offered by colleges and training providers. To maintain a safe, respectful, and productive environment, all Users must adhere to this Policy.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in any activities that:

Breach any applicable laws, regulations, or industry standards, including copyright, privacy, or data protection laws.

2.2.3.
Access, manipulate, or exploit unauthorized data or features of the Platform.
2.3.
Use the Platform Fraudulently
2.3.1.
Submit false information, impersonate another person, or misrepresent affiliations.
2.3.2.
Use automated systems (e.g., bots) to access or misuse the Platform.
2.4.
Engage in Offensive or Unethical Behavior
2.4.1.
Post or share content that is defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
2.4.2.
Engage in discriminatory behavior based on race, gender, religion, ethnicity, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
2.4.3.
Promote violence, hate speech, or illegal activities.
2.5.
Violate Intellectual Property Rights
2.5.1.
Upload, post, or share content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other proprietary rights.
2.6.
Abuse the Learning Environment
2.6.1.
Disrupt courses, forums, or other interactive features on the Platform.
2.6.2.
Use the Platform to spam, advertise, or solicit products or services without prior authorization.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

3.1.
Use the Platform for lawful and intended purposes.
3.2.
Respect the rights and experiences of other Users and instructors.
3.3.
Protect their account credentials and notify Unmudl.com immediately of unauthorized access.
3.4.
Ensure that any content they upload is accurate, lawful, and does not violate the rights of third parties.

4. Content Guidelines

Users are solely responsible for any content they submit, post, or share on the Platform. Content must:

4.1.
Be relevant to the purpose of the Platform.
4.2.
Not contain harmful, inappropriate, or offensive material.
4.3.
Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unmudl reserves the right to review and remove any content that violates this Policy or is deemed inappropriate.

5. Enforcement and Consequences

Unmudl.com may take the following actions in response to violations of this Policy:

Temporarily or permanently suspend User accounts.
5.3.
Remove or modify non-compliant content.
5.4.
Report violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.
5.5.
Pursue legal action if necessary.

Decisions made by Unmudl.com regarding violations of this Policy are final.

If you encounter behavior or content that violates this Policy, please report it to Unmudl.com at support@unmudl.com.
