Unmudl Achieves SOC 2 Type I Compliance

We’re excited to announce that Unmudl has officially achieved SOC 2 Type I certification, effective September 23rd, 2024!

SOC 2 is the leading standard for security compliance in the U.S. for software companies. Its guidelines help ensure businesses like ours are taking the necessary steps to protect your data, especially when it’s stored in the cloud.

Think of SOC 2 Type I as a snapshot of our security measures at a specific point in time. While this is an important first step, SOC 2 Type II provides additional assurance by reviewing how well these controls work over time. At Unmudl, we’ve made security a priority in everything we do. To earn SOC 2 certification, companies must undergo a comprehensive audit of their infrastructure, software, HR processes, and data security policies.
