Gain the insights and tools be an effective leader

The Leadership Academy provides insight, tools and strategies needed to adapt to for the future of work. Participants will learn the essential principles, awareness, and practical application of emotional intelligence, engagement, and problem-solving skills. Different mindsets and approaches are needed from leaders to help organizations adapt and flourish to this new work landscape.

This series of 8 classes on relevant and emerging topics will help you discover the driving forces and reasons behind people’s actions and behavior, and learn how to influence their choices and help them overcome any obstacle. Great leaders are not born- they are made through education, experience and a deep understanding of self and commitment to others.
