Become the great coach behind a winning team.  Learn methods that turn groups into highly productive teams with heightened performance.

Activities focus on planning, organizing, motivating, and goal setting.  Participants learn the Trust Works ™ model that focuses on helping individuals see themselves as trust builders on a team.

This class is part of an 8-class series (Leadership Academy). Classes can be taken individually or as a series.
