Course Details
Leaders with creative problem solving and decision making skills are more effective
This class will help you, as a leader, explore the differences between critical and non-critical thinking, present techniques for developing critical thinking and teach strategies to improve effective workplace decision-making.
Styles of decision-making are covered using exercises to highlight appropriate implementation methods for team or individual activities.
This class is part of an 8-class series (Leadership Academy). Classes can be taken individually or as a series.
