About the Position: As part of our talent pool, your skills may be matched with exciting opportunities such as Union Building Engineers, Union Maintenance Mechanics, HVAC Technicians, and Maintenance Technicians. Each position involves preventive maintenance and repair work for buildings, systems, equipment, and grounds to ensure everything operates efficiently and effectively.
What You'll Do:
  • Conduct maintenance and repairs on mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, and control systems.
  • Review assigned work orders and manage inventory of supplies and tools.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the life of facility machinery and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
  • Collaborate with team members and lead by example to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Utilize your expertise to provide innovative solutions and recommendations.
What You'll Need:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma, plus 4-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Universal EPA Certification and valid driver's license are required.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting/carrying heavy loads and performing various physical tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to analyze multiple sources of information for sound decision-making.
