Learn the fundamentals of Operations Management, supply chain logistics and negotiating supplier relationships!

This 3-module series explores the practices and processes of planning, organizing and supervising to improve productivity and efficiency in the workplace.

By carefully managing the production and distribution of your organization, you will achieve operational excellence and superior productivity!

After This Course, You Will Be Able To

Develop an understanding of the role of operations management in business, focusing on planning, organizing and supervising in the context of production, manufacturing or providing services. 

Gain the skills and develop an understanding of supply chain fundamentals including project management. 

Develop an understanding of how to negotiate with suppliers, including definition of  roles and responsibilities, and negotiation philosophies, strategies, and tactics as well as how to manage relationships with suppliers (e.g., partnerships/strategic alliances).
