What You'll Do:
- Respond to client inquires and concerns; ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality service and follow up.
- Create and assign work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors.
- Support problem solving.
- Provide reports on open and closed work orders and check the status with the appropriate technician or vendor.
- Maintain records including work orders, proposals, and department information.
- Create vendor files and ensure accuracy of completed paperwork submitted.
- Induct vendors on work order and billing procedures.
- Process invoices and ensure accurate cost center coding.
- Assist with the facility campus inspections.
- Assist with process and procedure training.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Minimum of 2 two years of related experience and/or training.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and confidence to ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
- Ability to effectively present information to an internal department/ colleagues.
- Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people.
- Warm and engaging demeanor.
- Basic analytical skills and understanding of financial terms and principles.
- Capability of understanding and following general instructions and ability to solve problems.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word and Outlook.
- Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders and the ability to lift and carry heavy loads of 40 lbs. or more.
- Decision making ability with a general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve goals and deadlines.
- Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

The minimum salary for the Maintenance Assistant position is $40,000 annually, and the maximum salary for the Building Engineer position is $55,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
