As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for proving support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You'll Do:
Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs within office spaces.Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.Assist with the installation and modification of furniture, office table and chairs and additional indoor furnishingsResetting and cleaning of shared spaces, meeting rooms, conference areas and hotel desks. Furniture reset, delivering temporary equipment and supplies.Conduct building walkarounds to develop a comprehensive understanding of the portfolio buildings, their layouts, functions, and complexitiesInvestigate faults, identify causes and effect remedies. Directly complete minor repairs, painting and installations where required.Liaise with building engineer team and vendors to escort and ensure completion of building systems work with in tenanted space.Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.Ensure corrective / repair works are carried out in accordance with current regulationsImpact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.This is not a comprehensive list of job requirements, additional tasks may be included. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindsetWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products. The minimum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $58,000 annually, and the maximum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $68,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
