This 46-hour, self-paced online course is the first course in the Multi-Craft Skill Path. Develop your technical knowledge and skills through formal learning, video, and virtual simulations. This course gives a strong foundation in the fundamentals of advanced manufacturing, including mathematics, safety, tools and components, measurement, technical drawings, electrical systems, and mechanical systems.

The Multi-Craft Skill Path includes:

  • Multi-Craft Technician: Level 1 (online)
  • Multi-Craft Technician: Level 1 Lab (in-person in Georgia)
  • Multi-Craft Technician: Level 2 (online)

What You'll Learn
Describe and perform basic operations with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Describe the importance and procedures for safety in the advanced manufacturing workplace, including machine safety, fire and electrical safety, work area safety, PPD, confined spaces, and rigging.
