POSITION TITLE: CMMS Planner Coordinator

REPORTS TO: Engineering Manager

CLASSIFICATION: Non-exempt Hourly Full Time

POSITION PURPOSE

The CMMS Planner Coordinator is responsible for providing planning and scheduling of all scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM/RM) and Asset Management System activities, as well as reactive / repair maintenance activities and will provide ongoing operational and technical support to the Engineering Services' Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and operations across our client teams.

This position supports ongoing data update, query, reporting and compliance functions and works directly with suppliers to schedule support for integrated facility managed accounts, in coordination with customer stakeholders to ensure no disruption to the customer's operations, while ensuring maximum equipment reliability and up-time through the scheduling process. Including operational training as required on hardware and software applications associated with CMMS.

Needs to ensure required resources are identified, planned, estimated, organized and scheduled prior to execution for efficient utilization of the maintenance resources. This position will need to work closely with other functions in the business to support business goals. In addition, this individual will have responsibility to ensure applicable business information/work order data is stored and maintained to support business decisions when needed, including generation of required customer reports.

This position supports ongoing data update, query, quality control, and reporting functions. Including operational training as required on hardware and software applications associated with CMMS. Qualified person interacts routinely with field personnel and contractors supporting technology applications, as well as providing back office support. This position will work primarily in an office environment as well as their home office location.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Supports the National CMMS Manager and corresponding Facilities Operations Team

* Maintain an excellent working knowledge of the designated CMMS platform.

* Provide a consistent high level of support to field and back office technical processes to ensure seamless and timely service delivery to client operations.

* Manage server and system database operations in maintaining high level of system operation and minimizing operational impact.

* Develop and implement automated operational data report generation to deliver a high level of performance analysis and performance projection.

* Support operational analysis of all engineering performance metrics and balancing of technician and contractor workload to scheduled dates of completion.

* Work with administrative software platform developer to ensure maximum utilization of system capabilities in meeting client expectations, and development of improved capabilities.

* Provide ongoing CMMS system user training to ensure effective utilization by field and back office operations.

* Provide, as needed, reporting based on needs of clients.

* Responsible for monitoring any financial completion steps tied to the CMMS system such as but not limited to proposals, quotes, satellite order systems, invoicing, and budgetary feed.

* Manage CMMS hardware and software implementation processes on all added client portfolios.

* Other related tasks as may be required of the role.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 5 years experience in customer service support in a technical environment
  • Experience in supporting field software implementation and building engineering operations
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and SharePoint
  • Experience in CMMS work order and/or purchasing systems
  • Skills in managing data warehouse and mining of performance data
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Capable of working both on-site as well as remotely by designed schedule
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in directly supporting outside suppliers, on-site contractors in scheduling, site access, and flow of satisfactory completion processes for clients
  • High degree of customer service for diverse groups from client, local project and operational management, procurement and sourcing, and external contractors.
  • Proficiency in Corrigo Enterprise, Corrigo PRO, Corrigo Customer Portal, Corrigo Mobile applications
