Description
About the Role:CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Planning Senior Technician to support a healthcare client across a 32-site portfolio in the Stuart, FL area. This role plays a critical part in coordinating maintenance operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and supporting building systems performance across multiple locations.
This position is primarily onsite (4 days/week) with 1 remote day, and includes weekly travel between local sites to support operational needs. You will collaborate closely with technicians, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality maintenance planning and execution aligned with client expectations and CBRE standards.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and organize maintenance work orders, assigning tasks to technicians and teams to drive timely execution.
- Partner with subcontractors and vendors, overseeing scheduling, engagement, and performance across sites.
- Stage and coordinate materials, permits, tools, and resources to support efficient maintenance operations.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate workflow processes across the account team to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Analyze predictive maintenance data, identify trends, and provide insights and reporting to leadership and the client.
- Conduct annual reviews of preventive and predictive maintenance programs to drive continuous improvement.
- Support facility operations by ensuring adherence to standardized procedures while meeting performance and service deadlines.
- Foster a culture aligned with CBRE values, promoting collaboration, accountability, and service excellence.
- High school diploma, GED, or trade school certification, plus 2-3 years of relevant maintenance or technical experience (or equivalent combination).
- Ability to travel locally across multiple sites and perform work in a dynamic, healthcare environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience analyzing data and applying standard practices to make informed maintenance decisions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and coordination.
- Physical capability to perform job duties, including standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technicians, vendors, and client stakeholders.
- Basic to intermediate math skills, including calculations related to maintenance planning and reporting.
