You will manage engineering staff, drive preventive and corrective maintenance excellence, coordinate vendor partnerships, and champion operational improvements that align with JLL and client expectations. This role requires a proven leader with strong technical expertise, exceptional customer service focus, and the ability to drive accountability while fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. • Manage daily work order execution through CMMS platforms (Corrigo, ServiceNow), including prioritization, assignment, monitoring, and quality auditing to ensure on-time completion and proper documentation
  • Oversee operation, maintenance, and reliability of facility infrastructure including HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire life safety, building automation, generators, UPS systems, and critical equipment
  • Drive preventive maintenance program compliance, monitor PM completion rates, address recurring equipment failures, and recommend reliability improvements to reduce reactive maintenance
  • Coordinate and provide technical oversight for vendor and contractor activities, ensuring work is performed safely, documented accurately, and completed to site standards
  • Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective action development for system failures, equipment issues, and facility emergencies
  • Ensure compliance with JLL, client, OSHA, environmental, and safety requirements including Lockout/Tagout, electrical safety, confined space entry, and other high-risk work programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate degree, trade school completion, technical certification, or equivalent military experience preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in facilities engineering, maintenance operations, building systems, or critical infrastructure environments
  • 2-3 years of experience providing technical direction, mentoring, or serving as lead technician for engineering or maintenance activities
  • Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire life safety, building automation, generators, UPS systems, and facility infrastructure
  • Proven experience managing work orders, preventive maintenance programs, corrective maintenance activities, vendor coordination, and maintenance documentation using CMMS platforms
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to read technical documents, drawings, specifications, and procedures; proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance/operations software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CMMS platforms such as Corrigo, ServiceNow, or Maximo
  • Background supporting large-scale corporate campuses, mission-critical facilities, laboratories, advanced technology environments, manufacturing facilities, or data center operations
  • Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS), Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and electrical power monitoring systems
  • Professional certifications such as Universal EPA Certification, Certified Plant Engineer (CPE), Facilities Management Professional (FMP), Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA), or equivalent technical credentials
