The Global Rotational Training Program (GRTP) is a structured, multi-year development program for motivated students and early-career professionals interested in advanced manufacturing. The program combines hands-on technical training, cross-departmental rotations, and international experience to prepare participants for long-term careers in a global manufacturing environment.

Participants rotate through key areas such as production, quality, engineering, and operations to gain a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards. A key component of the program includes extended training at our headquarters in Germany, where participants learn global processes and work alongside international teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; technical school or college experience preferred

Participants who successfully complete the program are offered a full-time role at our location in Georgia, continuing their career within our global organization.
