Course Details
This 9-hour course is designed to be delivered in 3 segments of 3 hours each. Attendees will be engaging in active discussion and thought leadership regarding today’s leadership approaches and challenges.

- Communication between management and employees
- Management versus leadership
- Leadership approaches
- Earning respect from the team
- Management systems, accountability, and key performance indicators (KPI)
- Dealing with absenteeism and other management challenges
