Course Details
The Electrical Fast Track consists of four courses. UBCT-107 Basic Safety, Hand & Power Tools, Blueprint Reading and UBCT 105 Professionalism in Service, Construction Math, Basic Rigging are virtual courses, which means you will engage with your instructor during regularly scheduled class time in an online format. On the start date of your course, login to your MyPima account and click "Access D2L" under QuickLinks. UAUT 101 Automotive Maintenance, UAUT 105 Light Line Maintenance and UAUT 128 Automotive Electrical Fundamentals are hybrid. Students obtain basic knowledge in the online classroom then demonstrate skills each week in a 4 hour lab for each class.
Course Fees are inclusive of text, laboratory materials and certification tests (NCCER Core Certification and Electrical I).
Concepts and procedures for building and construction electrical training. Includes safety, conduit bending, electrical theory, test equipment, National Electric Code, aceways, boxes, and fittings, print reading, and wiring applications.
