Course Details

This course prepares learners for success on the CompTIA A+ 220-1002 exam while helping them master the latest IT knowledge and skills necessary to become successful IT support technicians. It covers common features and functionality of known operating systems, system management, file management, common security threats, and vulnerabilities. The basics of computer software technologies are introduced in a lab-oriented environment and will assist in preparation for the CompTIA A+ series Core 2 Software certification examination.
