CBRE | On-Site Support for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Research Triangle Park (RTP)

CBRE is expanding its technical operations team at a biopharmaceutical campus, and we're looking for a skilled Clean Utilities Technician to keep critical GMP systems running smoothly during regularly scheduled shifts and shift coverage situations. This role is designed to assist with coverage gaps that occur with extended PTO and FMLA events. It includes switching to nights when the need arises. This role is essential to ensuring that the facility's state-of-the-art manufacturing environment operates safely, reliably, and in full compliance.

About The Role

You'll support clean utility systems that power advanced biopharmaceutical production. Working within a world-class facility, you'll help maintain the infrastructure that enables life-changing medicines to reach patients.

What You'll Do

* Operate, monitor, and maintain clean utility systems, including:

* Purified Water (PW)

* Water for Injection (WFI)

* Clean Steam

* Clean Compressed Air and Process Gases

* GMP documentation using Computerized Maintenance Management System

* Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with engineering and vendors as needed.

* Support preventive maintenance, calibrations, and system reliability improvements.

* Maintain accurate work orders, and electronic records.

* Collaborate closely with operations, quality, and facilities teams to ensure uninterrupted production.


What You'll Need:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
