  • Review protection schemes, coordination studies, and settings to verify proper device operation after maintenance.
  • Support commissioning and recommissioning activities, including witness testing and turnover documentation.
  • Monitor post-maintenance performance, including alarms, load balance, harmonics, temperatures, and other risk indicators.
  • Support load analysis, capacity planning, load transfers, and growth initiatives.
  • Identify aging assets and recommend lifecycle replacement and capital planning priorities based on condition and performance data.
  • Ensure compliance with LOTO, arc flash, NFPA 70E, NEC, OSHA, and applicable electrical safety requirements.
  • Align maintenance windows with operations to reduce risk and maintain service continuity.
  • Provide technical leadership, training, and competency development for electrical technicians, including switching qualifications.
  • Support audits, inspections, and client reviews; communicate program performance and corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement through KPI management, reliability initiatives, and reduction of repeat failures.

  • Proven troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in high-availability environments.
  • Working knowledge of NFPA, OSHA, NEC, and applicable electrical safety standards.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, reviewing scopes, and validating maintenance deliverables.
  • Ability to support 24/7 operations, including on-call rotations as needed.
