Amazon Delivery Station Customer Service (DSL)

The Delivery Station Customer Service (DSL) role is pivotal in ensuring Amazon's commitment to customer satisfaction. DSL associates are stationed at Amazon's last-mile delivery hubs, where they: Provide real-time, hands-on support to ensure timely deliveries. Communicate with customers directly in-person, via phone, and email. Resolve delivery issues and set appropriate expectations with customers.
