Amazon Orlando

Work Hard. Have Fun. Make History.
Amazon's Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team is the backbone of Amazon's fulfillment and operations network, maintaining all robotics and material handling equipment (MHE) to ensure customer orders are fulfilled with speed and accuracy. At the Orlando (MCO1) facility — an 850,000 sq. ft. four-story robotics fulfillment center in Lake Nona — RME technicians install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated packaging, conveyor, distribution, and robotics equipment. Roles span mechatronics and robotics technicians, controls technicians, and maintenance technicians who work with pneumatic systems, sensors, PLCs, and advanced automation controls at scale. Amazon employs approximately 1,500 full-time associates at MCO1, increasing to 2,500 during peak seasons.
