Real Estate Principles and Practices is one of a 3-course series that, taken together, will provide you with the 90 hour education requirement to sit for the NM Licensure exam. The course can also be taken individually for continuing education.

This series is developed specifically for NM but there is some reciprocity with other states so it is worth checking your specific state requirements if you are outside NM.

The courses can be taken simultaneously or spread out, but all courses must have been completed within the three years prior to application to take the exam.

Courses can be taken together or one at a time. Individual courses are $299 each. If you sign up for the entire series using this link, the price is $809 – a 10% savings.
