Learn how to Negotiate and Manage Supplier Relationships
Negotiation is not just about price, but about managing and improving overall supplier performance!
Develop an understanding of how to negotiate with suppliers, including definition of roles and responsibilities, and negotiation philosophies, strategies, and tactics as well as how to manage relationships with suppliers (e.g., partnerships/strategic alliances).
This is one of a three course series. Courses can be taken individually or as a series.
