Course Details
This 8-hour course is designed to be delivered virtually in 4 segments of 2 hours each. This format will result in a minimum of time missed from work while engaging the attendees in active discussion and thought leadership regarding today's leadership approaches and challenges.
This class is (4) two-hour sessions/ 8 hours total. It will be delivered virtually during work hours. Experience in 2020 taught us that businesses were more likely to register employees in thought leadership workshops if delivered in smaller increments rather than large blocks of time off-campus. Attendees will be better prepared to empower employees, lead projects, lead departments and/or supervise workcells. This class will be online through Zoom. You will receive a Zoom invitation prior to class. You must have Zoom downloaded on your computer and have a webcam, audio (microphone) and internet to take this class.
