Learn how to create interesting, unique, and homemade appetizers. 

After This Course, You Will Be Able To

Learn how to create interesting, unique, and homemade appetizers.  We will make puff pastry by hand and use it to make cranberry brie bites.  We will also make homemade spanakopita triangles with phyllo dough, and lastly make a steak, blue cheese and caramelized onion crostini.  We will also discuss what wines would be ideal for pairing with these appetizers.  Students are required to bring a hat and apron to class.

Additional Attendance Information

To attend in-person, on-campus programming, all individuals over the age of 16 must be fully vaccinated against COVID at the start of their first course and provide proof. 

You are required to bring your own apron and hat.
