Understand the Fundamentals of Supply Chain Management

This course is designed help you gain the skills and develop an understanding of supply chain fundamentals including project management.

Participants will learn about the building blocks of supply chain management, how the elements of the supply chain interact and impact manufacturing, marketing and other programs both inside and outside of the organization.

This course is one of a three-course series. Courses can be taken individually or all together.
