Empathy is a high demand professional skill in all fields.

Empathy in the 21st century includes the capacity to understand others' perspectives and feelings and to use this understanding to improve the quality of personal and professional relationships, behaviors, team cohesion, and performance. 

This course is one of seven of the 21st Century Skills Series. These are the most in-demand skills that employers are seeking to help them reach their short term and long term success.
