This course is one of seven of the 21st Century Skills Series. These are the most in-demand skills that employers are seeking to help them reach their short term and long term success. Courses can be taken individually or as a series.

• Identify patterns that may not be obvious;
• Manage ambiguity;
• Apply an iterative process for generating, testing and refining ideas.
