Description

In this hands-on class you will learn the art of making Naan in a tandoor oven. You will cook various spit roasted meats in the tandoor oven. Sides will consist of Samosa, Roasted Vegetables, and Seasonal Salads.

Additional Attendance Information

Students are required to bring a hat and apron to class.

To attend in-person, on-campus programming, all individuals over the age of 16 must be fully vaccinated (and boosted, if eligible) against COVID at the start of their first course and provide proof.

Students must be 17 years of age or older. Refunds issued up to 5 business days before any course's starting date or stated registration deadline.
