Course Details

In this 6-week course, students will learn basic techniques for editing digital videos and photos using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles for the purpose of commercial use. Students who complete this class will have knowledge on how to setup shot selection, color correction, and other important skills to edit and create videos for their customer base

After This Course, You Will Be Able To
  • Identify and analyze the use of camera shots and angles in a variety of media formats
  • Analyze the effect of particular shots and angles in media
  • Identify the different types of drone cameras as well as their functions
  • Identify the different types of hardware and their uses in digital media capture and transfer
  • Identify the different types of software and their uses for digital media
  • Understand the concept of storyboarding
  • How to compile, import and store footage

Minimum required computer specs include: Intel Core i7 or AMD Ryzen 7, 16GB RAM or better, 4GB VRAM GPU, SSD or RAID Media Storage.
