Project Management Fundamentals
Project management skills are in high demand across many business sectors.
This course provides an introduction to the field of project management in theory and practice, addresses the role of project managers in the current world of rapid change, increased competitive forces and increased expectations for the successful delivery of projects in organizations and exposes the students to “hard” and “soft” techniques of project management.
This fundamentals course, along with the next two (Budget & Finance and Applications) help prepare individuals for the CAPM (Certified Associate Project Management) exam. A minimum of 23 hours of Project Management Education is required to sit for the exam.
