Broker Basics covers the establishment of a real estate office, agency relationships and law, signage, brokers’ duties, trade names, listing and purchasing agreements, common forms, property management, and trusteeship/trust accounts.
Broker Basics is 1 of a 3-course series that provides learners with all of the information that they need to sit for the NM Real Estate Licensure exam. Courses can be taken simultaneously or one at a time.
Additional Attendance Information
Course offered on-line over a ten week period. Learners spend an estimated 9 hours of time on assignments outside of class for each 1 hours of class time.
